Terms of Service

Effective date: 23rd April 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating a Dollah account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.

3. The Service

Dollah converts email transaction alerts into spending analytics, exports, and future money‑management tools.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your Google account and OAuth tokens
• Use Dollah only for lawful personal or business finance purposes

5. License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable right to use Dollah. All intellectual property remains ours.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse‑engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use the service for automated scraping, reselling, or competitive analysis
• Upload malicious code or violate Gmail’s policies
• Infringe on the rights of others

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Fees & Payment

The core plan is free. Paid plans (if offered) will be clearly displayed before purchase. Failure to pay may suspend access.

9. Third‑Party Links & APIs

Dollah may link to or integrate with third‑party budgeting apps (e.g., YNAB). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

Dollah provides informational tools “as‑is.” We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Financial decisions remain solely yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techxture Media Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

You may stop using Dollah at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms with notice (immediate in cases of fraud or abuse).

13. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned, we will not offer any refunds. Please use our 3 day free trial period to determine whether Dollah is right for you.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material revisions will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
